With the Cool Temperatures now is the perfect time to make those versatile meals that you can enjoy in more ways then one!

Use Leftovers (if there is any!)to make delicious Meatloaf Sandwiches, use your Favorite Sandwich Spread (I like a little Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce)

Prep-time:8 Minutes Cook-time:45 Minutes Total:53 Minutes

Temperature:375 Serves:10

What you need:

A loaf pan (or you can bake by surrounding it with veggies)

  1. 3 Lb Of ground beef — 3/1\2 cups
  2. 1/2 of an onion —1/2 of a cup
  3. 1 egg — 1/2 cup
  4. about 18 crackers (saltines) –3/4 cup
  5. 1 small clove of garlic 2 tsp
  6. A few squirts of ketchup 3 tbsp

Now Comes the Magic

Put the Uncooked beef into the loaf pan and (use gloves if you want) then work the onion first next add the egg and work it in well add in crackers and ketchup mix until blended well and crackers are incorporated well. dd garlic and ketchup on top cover with tin foil and bake 45 minutes at 375

You can serve with veggies or I made a cracker salad:

Cracker Salad:

Crush about a half of a sleeve of crackers add to skillet

  • Butter
  • Onion
  • Red pepper and yellow pepper diced
  • Pepper

Cook until crackers are golden brown

At to top of Meatloaf

My Cranberry Salad

  • orange slices
  • 1 apple Sliced
  • 1 table spoon of ginger
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 2 table spoons of honey
  • half a lemon
  • Pulse in Food Processor

ENJOY!
