Overnight Breakfast

Who doesn’t love a meal that you can just put in the fridge and wakeup and bake-and-serve.

-Prep:15 minutes

-Refrigerator: 6-8 hours

-Cooking:45 minutes

What you need:


  • 6 Eggs
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1/2 of an onion (diced)
  • Bacon/sausage
  • Loaf Pan
  • Splash of milk
  • 1 tsp of dried mustard(optional)

Cut up bread into squares

Spray pan with non-stick oil

Toss pieces into loaf pan

Beat eggs add milk dry mustard and onion

Pour egg mixture over bread

Cover with tinfoil

Refrigerate overnight


Take out of the refrigerator

Top with cheese

Pre-heat oven to 375 and bake for 40 minutes remove foil last 10 minutes of cooking for a signiture golden crust


Gravy:

1 can of cream mushroom soup

Pepper

Heat on stove top adding sauage drippings to thin as desired
