Write about your first computer.

My very first computer was a Dell it was one of the old ones that you would imagine from the 80s or 90s in the bleak yellow / grayish toned box.

Big bulky horizontal tower sitting at top my particleboard desk that was covered in a layer of thick plastic like layer.

Monitor was no less than 26 inches long from front to back nothing will replace the distinct feeling of static electricity building up and the sound of the machines whirling and the high-pitched tone at startup.

AOL chat rooms where just being popular and dialup was large and in-charge, if you wanted to surf the web you better hope no one was on the landline!
