download either

the 32-bit or the 64-bit depending on what you need it for like for instance if you need it for gaming you probably should get the 64-bit but if you need it for just running scripts on websites or just simple things like that the 32-bit will suit you just fine.

After going to the website and installing the software then running accordingly and install the express or recommended method. then after it’s installed rerun whatever program was required to have Java and you’re smooth sailing.
